San Cristóbal de La Habana: una ciudad, una fe.
Con motivo de la próxima celebración del quinto centenario de la fundación de la Villa de San Cristóbal de La Habana, la Arquidiócesis de La Habana ha iniciado un año preparatorio de la festividad dedicado a reflexionar, desde la cultura, en torno a la fe católica. En este contexto, el Arzobispado de La Habana convoca un Concurso de Poesía, con las siguientes BASES DE PARTICIPACIÓN,
PARTICIPANTES
Podrá participar cualquier persona, cubana o extranjera, residente en el país o en capacidad de hacer llegar sus trabajos según las indicaciones de la presente Convocatoria, y sin límite de edad.
TEMA
Los poemas presentados estarán inspirados en la ciudad de La Habana y la presencia de la Iglesia Católica, las prácticas cristianas, así como historias, leyendas, fiestas y tradiciones de la ciudad. Se extiende la temática a la historia del Santo Patrono de la ciudad, San Cristóbal.
LAS OBRAS
Los originales que concursen al premio deberán ser rigurosamente inéditos, no haber sido premiados en otros concursos, ni hallarse pendientes de fallo en cualquier otro premio. Los trabajos tendrán una extensión libre y se presentarán en folios tamaño carta, a doble espacio en letra con cuerpo 12 puntos.
Cada autor/a podrá presentar hasta tres poemas.
ENVÍO
Será por Correo Postal, contendrá tres copias, sin la firma del autor/a que será sustituida por una PLICA con un lema o seudónimo escrito en su cabecera indicando el nombre del concurso al que se presenta.
Los originales podrán ser entregados personalmente en el Arzobispado de La Habana, en horario de oficina, o remitidos al mismo por correo postal a la dirección:

En el interior de la PLICA, debe figurar:
– Datos personales, incluyendo un número de teléfono de contacto.
– Currículum Vitae (opcional)
– Declaración de autoría y Cesión de derechos de reproducción, cumplimentada y firmada.
Serán descartados de forma automática los envíos con datos incompletos o incorrectos y/o que no presenten la PLICA correspondiente.
VENCE
El plazo de recepción de trabajos terminará el día 16 de noviembre de 2018.
EL JURADO
Será responsabilidad del Jurado, formado por destacadas personalidades de las letras, rechazar aquellos trabajos que no se ajusten a las Bases de esta convocatoria, conceder los premios y menciones honoríficas que considere, así como, declarar desierto cualquiera de los lugares si, a juicio del Jurado, ningún trabajo reuniera los méritos suficientes o no se ajustará a las condiciones establecidas en las presentes Bases. Todas las decisiones del Jurado serán inapelables.
PREMIOS
Se establecen 10 premios consistentes en:
1° Diploma, 100 CUC y Publicación del poema
2° Diploma, 75 CUC y Publicación del poema
3° Diploma, 50 CUC y Publicación del poema
4° al 10° Diploma y Publicación del poema
El Arzobispado de La Habana se reserva el derecho de publicación de los originales premiados dentro de sus medios de difusión. Su autor/a queda obligado a mencionar el premio obtenido en cualquier libro o revista que lo reproduzca.
La entrega de premios tendrá lugar en un acto público, que se celebrará el 14 de diciembre de 2018, en el Aula Magna del Centro Cultural Padre Félix Varela, a las 5 p.m., con la presencia de los autores/as galardonados y la lectura de las obras premiadas. La ausencia injustificada del autor, se entenderá como renuncia al Premio.
Los originales no premiados serán destruidos sin abrir plicas, una vez conocido el fallo del Jurado.
CONSIDERACIONES FINALES
La participación en este concurso implica la aceptación de todas y cada una de sus bases. Los trabajos que no cumplan con los requisitos señalados serán descalificados. Cualquier caso no previsto en la presente convocatoria será resuelto por los organizadores y el jurado.

BASES DE PARTICIPACIÓN

En este contexto, la fotografía como medio auxiliar y de documentación de la historia, pero también en su dimensión creadora, cobra especial preeminencia. Cómo han captado los artistas del lente la ciudad y sus costumbres, la arquitectura y la fe de sus habitantes, es el objeto de la presente Convocatoria.
PARTICIPANTES
Podrá participar cualquier persona, cubana o extranjera, aficionado o profesional de la fotografía, residente en el país o en capacidad de hacer llegar sus trabajos según las indicaciones de la presente Convocatoria, y sin límite de edad.
TEMA
Las fotografías presentadas estarán inspiradas en la ciudad de La Habana y la presencia de la Iglesia Católica y/o las prácticas cristianas en el conglomerado urbano. Se extiende la temática a la representación del Santo Patrono de la ciudad, San Cristóbal, su iconografía tradicional y popular.
OBRAS
Las obras deberán ser inéditas. Cada autor podrá presentar al concurso un máximo de tres (3) fotografías. La técnica fotográfica será libre, en blanco y negro. Sólo se evaluarán trabajos en formato digital y los archivos de tipo JPEG serán enviados, vía e-mail a la dirección: pastoralculturahabana@gmail.com con un peso no mayor de 1 Mbyte.
Las obras estarán acompañadas de una ficha que contenga los siguientes datos:
– Nombre y apellidos del autor.
– Título y fecha de realización.
– Declaración de los medios de obtención y/o procedimientos de manipulación de la imagen.
– Statement (opcional)
– Dirección, teléfono u otras vías de contacto. En su defecto, se considerará como medio de contacto principal aquel utilizado por el artista para el envío de su obra.
LA ADMISIÓN VENCE
Las fotografías podrán enviarse al e-mail pastoralculturahabana@gmail.com desde la emisión de la presente convocatoria, hasta el día 31 de agosto de 2018.
PREMIOS
Los premios consistirán en:
Primer premio: 100 CUC y diploma
Segundo premio: 75 CUC y diploma
Tercer premio: 50 CUC y diploma
DEL JURADO
El jurado del concurso estará constituido por fotógrafos, críticos y teólogos de reconocido prestigio y su fallo será inapelable. El fallo del concurso se dará a conocer a los autores en septiembre de 2018, según los medios de contacto provistos por cada creador.
Además de los premios y menciones otorgados, se hará una selección de aquellos trabajos que por sus cualidades se consideren representativos del espíritu de la convocatoria. Los artistas premiados y seleccionados serán contactados por el Jurado, para obtener las obras en formato de máxima calidad para su impresión.
El hecho de concursar supone la total aceptación de estas bases, por lo que el jurado tendrá entera facultad para dirimir cualquier circunstancia no prevista en ellas.
EXPOSICIÓN
Las obras premiadas, junto a una selección de todas las presentadas, participarán en una exposición que tendrá por sede al Centro Cultural Padre Félix Varela, bajo el título que preside la convocatoria: San Cristóbal de La Habana: una ciudad, una fe y que se extenderá del 26 de octubre al 7 de noviembre de 2018. La apertura de la muestra será el momento de publicitar los premios y menciones concedidos.
CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACIÓN
Todos los autores premiados y seleccionados cederán los derechos de reproducción y comunicación pública de las imágenes, para su publicación en los diversos soportes promocionales de la Iglesia Católica en Cuba. En todos los casos se citará el nombre del autor. La participación en el concurso supone la conformidad absoluta con la letra de la convocatoria y la renuncia a cualquier reclamación.
