Every Sunday, from Palabra Nueva we will continue to transmit the speech of Cardinal Juan de la Caridad Gacía, Archbishop of the Archdiocese. On this occasion, our pastor part of the text of the Gospel of Matthew 14,22-33, to remind us that from the beginning of Christianity the Church sails in the opposite wind, shaken by the tangle of evil, but continues to sail. “That Jesus walks on the waters,” the cardinal tells us, “means that evil overcomes, and it is also a manifestation that with Him, forgiveness overcomes vengeance; generosity to selfishness; the truth to the lie.”
