Es importante destacar que en medio del esfuerzo reconstructivo, se hizo palpable el apoyo de Dios, ya que se sumaron a las labores, Ernesto, pastor de una Iglesia bautista de la zona y una guagua con jóvenes de una empresa de playa. Gracias a ellos, además del techo, se logró desplazar una gran cantidad de escombros hacia las afueras del hogar.
Por primera vez, muchos de los protagonistas de esta historia fueron partícipes de un tangible testimonio de amistad social. A Jaime uno de los hijos de la señora, nunca se le olvidará el fatídico día en que perdió la infraestructura de su hogar, pero tampoco borrará de su mente, ese tornado de Fe que le aportó una mínima esperanza a su reconstrucción.
