La interpretación de la Camerata Romeu cautivó con su calidad interpretativa a los presentes.

“Music is the deepest language of God, ” said the Pbro with absolute reason. Elixander Torres Pérez, Rector of the National Shrine of El Rincón, in his words of welcome to the participants to the Concert for the 500th Anniversary of the Foundation of the Villa of San Cristobal of Havana, which was held last Sunday, February 24th in the temple of the capital municipality of Boyeros.

The vocal and interpretative quality of the soprano Yohana Simón and the tenor Saeed Mohamed, worked among the participants a kind of enchantment, which was resoundingly reaffirmed with the colossal Camerata Romeu who, under the baton of its director and founder Zenaida Romeu, gave away a night of luxury directed artistically by Antoine Cedeño

Camerata Romeu’s interpretation captivated those present with its interpretive quality.

Among the many audiences were the Apostolic Nuncio of His Holiness in Cuba, H.E. Msgr. Giorgio Lingua, Dr. Rolando Montero Díaz, new director of the Dermatological Hospital of El Rincón, religious of different congregations and civil authorities.

At the end of the gala, on a proposal from the Rector of the Shrine, those present made a monetary donation that will be given to Caritas Habana to help those affected by the tornado of January 27 in the Cuban capital.
