With a Eucharistic celebration that served as a food of faith to begin the new catechetical year, the traditional missionary shipment was held in havana’s S.M.I Cathedral last Sunday, September 30.
The event, attended by the catechists of the Archdiocese of Havana, as well as children and adolescents of missionary childhood, was chaired by Archbishop Juan de la Caridad García, who invited a missionary to have at the highest: “teaching the Gospel and loving others”.
In his words, the Habanero pastor also invited Catholic animators and trainers to live the enthusiasm that the gospel gives and insisted on trusting in the Lord and bearing witness to coherent life. “Evangelise with love because the next Pope or a saint can be in your hands,” he said.
