Monseñor Juan García predica en la misa de vigilia por la festividad de San Cristóbal.

The founders of this city chose St. Kitts, the bearer of God, the witness of love, the Holy Help of Christians, the martyr of Christ, the protector and prayerful intercessor.

We thank St. Kitts for accompanying and carrying for 500 years so many men and women of faith who proclaimed it with works and words despite mockery, marginalizations and threats.

How happy your protégés felt, St. Kitts!

We thank St. Kitts for accompanying and carrying for 500 years so many gospel teachers, so many missionaries and catechists, who by teaching them the way by which no one has ever been lost, the ever dazzling truth and true and full life, made so many children, adolescents and young people happy, away from evil, sin, theft, hatred , alcohol and everything that makes so many mothers suffer.

How happy these masters of truth and their disciples guided by you, St. Kitts!

We thank St. Kitts for accompanying and carrying so many people who cared for the sick, lepers, the disabled, the elderly. They visited prisoners, fed the hungry, drank the thirsty, stayed pilgrims, comforted grieving.

How happy these charitable people and that you cannot imagine the eternal happiness that awaits you in your house of heaven!

St. Kitts, continues to walk with the habaneros so that what was lived, announced and realized by our founders and ancestors, will grow more and more.

St. Kitts, protect those who live in our homes and bring to them mercy, forgiveness, family harmony, natural, faithful and fruitful marriage, honesty and the lives of children of God and brothers of all habaneros.
