The Cuban feature film “Inocencia” received the SIGNIS (World Catholic Association for Communication) Award at the twentieth edition of the International Film Festival in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, (Fenavid 2020).

Care for children, leave the home space, face impulsive husbands… all to prove if you are in the right vocation and overcome yourself, is how much two women who, for their time, were tempted to go against the current. “Patsy and Loretta” is a feature film open to several comments on the role of women, the importance of vocation, friendship, multi-cultural commitment in a country confronted with itself at the start of the sixties.
